It only takes a few seconds for a leader to reward a medal to one of their employees, but the positive reinforcement allows the team member to know they are on the track for success with their development.
These medals can be used as a congratulations for a monumental new sale, or it could be a recognition of the first time that an employee completed a basic task on their own without assistance.
We have found the most impactful use of our medals application is when team members award these medals to each other. From thanking them for assisting with a big project to congratulating them on a recent success, peer to peer recognition is the most impactful and engaging feedback an employee can receive.
